Anyone have a favorite brand they go to for linens, towels, kitchenware?

It’s a 3 bedroom home, brand new build and just shy of 1500 sq ft.

Working with the city to find a solution.There is a similar situation near me where an investor bought a short term rental house, rehabbed it, ran it for a while, and then got in trouble with the town after a neighbor complained and the town said short term rentals weren't allowed in the community. 

Naturally, I wanted to find out whether we would be able to build a brand-new fourplex in Los Angeles County. 

I had similar thoughts as to why they would want to take over payments on a brand new mortgage at a high rate.

They are running a personal brand, and I would rather donate my money to a good cause than their next mountain home. 

Hey all my name is Laurence I’m a brand new member of np I  live in Orlando fl I’ve listened to about 100 episodes of the podcast I have zero real estate experience I’m looking to buy my first property to house hack this year I have a decent amount of money in the savings account I could use for a down payment also have a good credit score I don’t have a high monthly income unfortunately but just looking for any advice or tips or friends to bounce ideas off I’m debating which market would be better between the central Florida area or the Tampa area I also would love to get involved in flips at some point 

Manage their properties Provide welcome gifts/ goodie bags for their guests before check in Hauling extra supplies/ misc items to return to stores or other properties--Any other ideas that I can pitch to make myself more marketable?
