The equity pay down in many RE classes (residential, storage, hotel/motel, office space, industrial, etc) ispaidby the tenant.- there are ways to never pay tax on gains (1031, owe until death, etc)- cost segregation can in effect have RE acquired at no cost- sweat equity can produce additional return.

The ground floor has gas hookups for a gas oven and that floor has its own gas range/oven and kitchen which is also controlled by a ground floor sub-panel also with access to the backyard and to a lower cellar area where they have their own washer dryer and storage area.

Their previous lease includes a portion of storage in the basement with laundry access(also in basement).Current set up: tenant occupies floor #2 with separate access to the basement for their laundry and storage.Future plan: reno basement and remove storage/laundry access for tenant.

Broadstreet Private Equity.They have several offerings including an infrastructure fund where they develop subdivisions for major national home builders in the Carolinas and Georgia.They also have started a store n lock fund in partnership with Public Storage , a cryto mining fund and I think a restaurant fund.I am primarily interested in the infrastructure and store n lock funds.Also, does anyone have any suggestions on back ground check services?
