Which in a way, is fair, but I believe this is their loop hole to only fund the low hanging fruit deals, and stick people with a bill of 4-7k and a property search app that isn’t that good in the first place. anyway, I am always looking to connect, dining the next project, and get it funded!

Eric the big one for us is when trying to buy subdivision land.. and seller see's one acre being fold for 400k and they have 30 acres and now want 12 mil.. when in fact larger parcels for SFR are trading on the market at say 200k an acre.. they refuse to understand that it cost 50k or more per lot to get those lots buildable.. they just do the simple math and stick that price on them.

Just my opinionIt is clear that the original poster is upset - which they should be - but posting in every Norada post on BP that they were lied too without providing a stick of evidence on what they were told or providing what is in the offering docs - people want proof before taking a side - that is all we are saying.

Another key change is making sure your contractor actually sticks to completion deadlines...why, because of how extremely tedious permit inspectors are getting in some cities, which can slow progress in and of itself.
