I always warn my clients to make sure that the real estate agent is the property manager that is going to manage the property.

I just wanted is sue a warning against one such company - due to the egregious manner in which he exercised his predatory practices  - in the guise of a legitimate company!!

By the way, if you do speak to the previous landlord and they are not forth coming, that's a warning sign!

If you're going to work with contractors, collect rent from tenants, or try to bed the hot chick at the bar, you better learn to recognize warning signs and get out early. 

That's a massive warning sign.

If they do not, I would personally run like hell...this is a huge warning sign.

If not again you would be better off buying your own home and having enough yard/space for all of them but 13 is still way to many dogs unless you live on a farm or own acres of land.I have worked in the banking business and have seen people lose their homes that they rent due to landlords kicking them out with very little warning due to breach of contract or a No pet rule. 

And now pipes froze cause no heat, and now it's $14k more to fix pipes, I gotta walk away" and "seller" says "like hell you will, you destroyed my property, you messed up my credit, now I'm getting foreclosure warnings from bank, YOU CHEATED ME". 

And back then just like now on SubTo any sounding the warning alarms were also called various names and ridiculed.
