So many variables will affect speed.

Otherwise you are going to be at the mercy of getting information when the sponsor deems fit - anytime something like this happens - does not matter who the sponsor is you need to have an attorney on speed dial and get them involved and advising what to do and make sure you are agressive not passiveI have seen someone who was afraid to file a lawsuit end up at the back of the line and if they would have taken everyone’s advice they would have gotten close to their $250k back but instead they got zero. 

My average fill up is 50 kilowatts so that  $2.00  Two bucks for 200 miles of range with no restriction on speed or fast starts at the line :)  Not every state is the same at our place in Vegas you pay one rate no matter what time of day and that is I think about 12 Cents a kilowat so about 7 bucks to fill up for 200 miles of range. lets say 20 MPG at 3 bucks  thats 30bucks for gas for same range.

Giving a new monthly payment of $540 that goes back to paying off the HELOC which speeds up the process.

Also, most condos in Tulum are aesthetically pleasing anyway so I wouldn't pay a huge premium for the aesthetics.The high speed Mayan Train is under construction and hasn't been canceled.

You can then GC the project yourself and let them help be eyes and ears and offer you the speed to get the projects done on time.As for financing, I had great success using a commercial loan product with a small community bank.

@Tyler Jahnke Great post and analysis, been talking with Morris Invest myself and having some of the same questions when it comes to response speed etc.

That really speeds up your learning curve And think of it as a preflight checklist or preinvesting checklist.Read as many articles as you can on BP and post any questions that you may have, people are pretty generous with advice on here.
