North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.This helps greatly.thanks!

Somehow, Southern California, at least those areas right by the coast, also escape the discomfort of a large amount of insects.

My husband and I are investors and own 11 properties throughout NH and Southern Maine, 4 of them in Manchester. 

Hey everyone, I alongside my partners are actually creating a platform for folks looking to buy/sell land in Costa Rica (actually all of Latin America + Caribbean for that matter).

From adding bi-fold doors to creating outdoor kitchens, we design spaces that make the most of Southern California’s weather.These trends not only elevate the homes we renovate but also ensure they stand out in the market. 

It makes more sense for me to stay in southern fl monetarily but something in New Orleans would be fun if it made sense.

By 2030, we want to have grown a portfolio of over 100 units, created a property management company that manages an additional 100-200 units, and, finally (and most importantly), we will have established a non-profit that is focused on quality, affordable housing that specializes in providing housing and resources at/on the "services cliff" alongside financial counseling and first-time home buyer education in our target area.Our target area is the Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT areas with dreams to expand to Central Massachusetts (Worcester, MA), Southern New Hampshire (Nashua, NH), and Southern Connecticut (New Haven, CT).Would love to meet up with likeminded individuals in our area!
