For receipts and one page documents, I use the free smartphone app "Genius Scan" to snap a picture of a document and it will convert to PDF (and auto adjust the image for easy reading) and allow you to save them on your phone or email docs to yourself.

Our office is our smart phone and tablet.I executed a joint venture with Elite Real Estate Systems who provides agent websites and BoomTown (an unbelievably robust CRM/back end) along with leadgen.  

We use PropertyWare and the linked smartphone-based inspection portal. 

Personal Computer - Smart PhoneFinally, if you do not have a personal computer - smart phone, you should seriously consider getting one.

The renter has to pay (with a debit/credit card ) before the report is generated, It also has an app for your smart phone. 

If they have a smart phone take a video and photograph of the status and the repair, just in case have a record of your attempt to improve conditions. 

I have the app for each of the above sites on my smartphone!

Just wondering if any of my fellow MLO's have a personal branded smart phone app to give to their prospects, clients and referral partners?

The only noticeable difference is that if I wanted to stream video from netflix I would have to turn my smartphone off.The numbers: DSL internet $35/month.
