Doing STR is a completely different game.

Its usually the tenants who live in the lowest tier housing that are most prone to play games and take advantage. 

One small point of criticism; we were there in the winter and in the evening a lot to play a game or watch TV.

She is only upset as she is trying to game the system and you may have ruined it for her with this place.
