Here’s my situation:I didn't read all of the details but in June or 2025 your tax burden will skyrocket.

So when you have the banks not lending and supply skyrocketing, the natural result is home prices go down until the supply eventually went away when people with cash started to gather up the supply.Today the market is different.  

If a GC were to do all of this work though, it would likely skyrocket the price squarely into the five-figure range. 

The market here is slowing down a bit, especially on the retail side where homes are selling for over 500k.On the investment side, we've noticed a significant price decrease in properties in Flood Zone AE due to skyrocketing insurance premiums.

In a nutshell, my knowledge of the REI industry has truly sky rocketed. 

I know for us, the CPS gas and energy bill can easily skyrocket, so I may consider asking tenants to pay if bill passes $200 or so...still thinking on it.

Rents haven't kept up with those higher interest rates, plus insurance rates have skyrocketed.
