RTR does a pretty good job of managing the builder, but truthfully, the 1st half of the process simply falls on the city's shoulders and being that Cape Coral is one of the top markets in the county for new builds per capita they are backlogged.

***shrugs shoulders*** 

A property management company can take this burden entirely from your shoulders and perform the management functions in a more systematized and automated manner, saving the landlord countless hours of time and effort.

In addition to the get rich quick element its an MLM mindset they feel is easy, where they can pick it up and put it down whenever (i.e Amway, 5lynx, bitcoin mentoring) Even the young ones who invest in my projects have the opportunity to earn and learn, looking over my shoulder.

So one evening at about beer-thirty I looked over the shoulder at my friend who like me had this REI itch but always without action and I said "well hell, half those doing it are morons, we can be just as stupid as anyone else, I'm done with this, I am doing it and your gonna help me, done, end of story, if I fail at least it will be in flames of glory instead of sitting the sidelines". 

Now, that is an enormous burden off of the owners shoulders, but cleaning, maintenance, etc, is still left to the owner.

Current young generations are shouldering this inflation and we now see the consequences.

Over the years as they’ve apparently grown bigger, they seem to project a “better than thou” image with a chip on their shoulder and that doesn’t sit well with me.  

Real estate buyers are often unwilling to foot the extra cost of solar panels and other associated installation costs, meaning that desperate sellers end up shouldering the burden.
