Booking is a pain in the ***, especially compared to Air/VRBO.That being said, I love Booking because it attracts completely different clientele bases, we generate a much higher ADR (which helps offset some of the policy issues) and the positives outweigh the negatives for me.

I do not believe I am RentRedi's target consumer as I have more needs than others and that has been true for other business relationships I tried to build in my time, but I hate when things have to end on sour notes and the fact that it took publicly criticizing the service to get attention is more than disappointing on RentRedi's part as a service business.Thanks for sharing @Edward Toomey V Sounds like this was a painful experience with RentRedi

I would need to know more specs on the house but with material shortages It's difficult to say how much to budget. 80K-120K for full gut perhaps but unsure with lumber beings so expensive and shortages.I would plan 9 months of vacancy between the pain you will endure pulling permits & having your contractors show up everyday to complete the work & then final inspections to get a CO.
