Sounds like a Tony Robbins kind of thing.... :-)I agree though - get them involved in a real way (having them help write/advise/ formulate the goals) this will get into their heads faster than just plain talk.I would add this: maybe for the second 'meeting', go on a Field Trip!

Another thing to think about is what kind of turnover you have, what condition the building is in. 

Which kind of properties perform best there (size, amenities, etc)? 

What kind of rent are you getting on this property and are you looking to buy more? 

What kind of rates are they offering?

What kind of property are you considering, SF, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF?

They finally get back to me after the close date to say they need more time because they are try to cross collateralize their other properties to make this deal happen and the bank they were using doesn't do this kind of loan. 

Any information on local clubs I could join that have this kind of environment would be appreciated.
