Upon the denial of my refund request, I was assured that my fears were unfounded and that their expert group of tech support would take care of me and set my CRM up to fulfill the specific needs of a land investor.

I could care less whether a person has disabilities or not, what their race, gender, sexual preference, religion, or political affiliation is, or how many tattoos or piercings they have, etc. 

Instead of focusing on just money, you should focus on what kinds of work do you find exciting, meaningful, fulfilling?

I agree with @Nathan Gesner & @Caleb Brown, let your job help fund your first deal while perhaps searching for a more fulfilling position elsewhere.1.

Gurus are just following their fulfillment companies play book its all based in MLM from decades past same presentations same tugging at heartstrings  exact same terminologies etc.

I'm not looking to scale tremendously, just looking to have enough passive income once the rental properties are paid off that my fiance and I can leave our jobs in the automotive business and find something less stressful and more fulfilling, live a little slower, and travel more.
