These forces and factors will have an impact on all aspects of the country,  Here are some I have thought off: continued backlash against landlords, moves to redistribute generational wealth through taxes, elimination of Social Security and medicare etc.  

Typically, no one cares that the gov and the advantages it "redistributes,'' the $$$$$$$$$$$ wasted, and the MANY programs that spoon-fed ppl in the hope that they learn how to feed themselves ARE MASSIVELY FAILING in most blue cities. 

I think it may help a bit since it can also be a central point for all your funds to flow / redistribute across your entities.

If the original footing has failure, If you dont pier both sides of that exterior door wont do you any good.....it will fail eventually due to the weight re-distribution.

I intend to scale and the company allows me to reuse/redistribute furnishings. 

@Michael Le, Redistributing dirt is a common strategy but I hadn't thought about using demo spoils to raise the entire lot.

It's just how the jury wants to redistribute insurance company wealth. 

You are correct on this being just another redistribution program for radical leftists, like Obama, Pelosi and Reid, to "spread the wealth around."

However, if it is a mutual company like New York Life or Mass Mutual etc the % they charge on policy loans is part of their overall profit and at the end of the year profits are re-distributed to policy owners as a dividend.

It was nothing more than a redistribution of wealth targeting landlords and rewarding tenants.
