SF never once provided me a list of things in writing.So the moral of my story here is don’t think since you’ve made it through closing you’re out of the financial woods yet.With these two properties alone, we have spent over $20k in repairs that were required within the first 60 days of ownership.Best part is the insurance agent told me I had to make the property looked lived in…how do you expect me to finish the interior renovations (we removed some walls and gutted the kitchen; started before our priorities were redirected for us) when you’ve got me dealing with a bunch of “recommendations!”

Simply, I'm concerned with market IRA funds and would Redirect about 60% of my retirement funds to pursue a multi-family buy and hold opportunity and need a 1-2-3 step map as opposed to the "Guru's" misleading information. 

I contacted the original owner, and that's the story she gave me.I called the local county Tax Assessor that they redirected me to the local Land Commissioner because they don't keep records of taxes that's been overdue for 3 years.After talking with the Land Commissioner, overdue taxes for the last 4 years is only $380.00 but only the original owner could pay for it. 

So after our conversation, I was able to redirect my realtor and the direction I wanted to focus on.  

The letter needs to say "Bob needs to have a dog that is capable of detecting a negative emotional response to certain stimuli and can help distract and redirect Bob's attention from that response and guide him towards blah, blah blah....
