Be bold, but don't be reckless with debt.As a side note, while I absolutely agree with Brandon's teachings and concepts, his examples of "stacking" tend to be a bit much to swallow. 

The loans being written just were not as reckless as some of the loans being written by the big money chasing yield.

The decisions they make regarding their finances is not necessarily optimized for a real estate investor, meaning you can get recklessly negligent HOAs who don't make necessary repairs (like in the Surfside Condo Greg mentioned) or who are over-zealous in repairing/replacing things that work just fine.

People are way too reckless today with how they use social media to shame people.

Additionally, I have enough money separately to cover start-up costs like attorney's fees.The goal is to pressure myself to accelerate growth as fast as possible, but I don't want to be reckless, either.

Then pursue them with reckless abandonment.
