Does anyone have any good lenders that will lend on raw land?

most if not all real estate sales is regulated to protect buyer and seller.. wholesalers are not regulated and there is a lot of bad things that happen to sellers working withwholesalers and buyers that trust wholesalers only to get a raw deal. 

Purchase price: $8,000 Cash invested: $2,000 I purchased 2.5 acres of Raw Land in Joshua Tree, less than ten minute drive from the park and downtown area in 2018.Purchased via seller financing.2k down with monthly installments to pay out rest.Current similar lots are selling for around $65kI plan to hold long term Would eventually love to develop something on the land-either an art park or residence.

We're in an area with some working farms, some raw land, and anything in between.  

Sarasota STRs are OK but there's a few reasons I'd recommend going with Pinellas county over Sarasota other than the raw numbers being better.

So, short of filing a lawsuit, would it be fruitful (and help warn other investors) if I:- Submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau?

Short term lending could be fruitful, but you need to get volume and usually investors want at least 6 month terms, but it's usually 12 month terms.

Buying raw land near brown field could be a good long term play.  

Based on my experience, you either pay some more but get a high-quality service, or you have really raw but cheap software.
