And i found launch control but the minimum is $500 a month, but they use cross-referencing data across sources to find the most accurate contact information by using a person's name and address to find their phone number, real address and email by accessing public databases, phone number directories, credit reports, utility bils, public tax records, and social media profiles. this is waaay expensive for me as a beginner. what do you suggest or if anyone has any suggestion I'd greatly appreciate it.??

I am more likely to take a risk, but i suspect when my husband is out from under a controlling baby mama, he won’t mind a little risk either.I love Texas, try to vacation there often and my husband is aligned with Texas farm property as a ten year long term goal.I’m also passionate about the trades and if i could do it all again I’d be part owner of some kind of builder or remodeler or specialty trades business.

I'm sure there are many more experiences where the contractor hasn't fulfilled their scope of work and gotten away with rushing the project to meet the deadline, And, I don't want to be as naive to say that I'm that 1% who can have complete quality/operational control, but I'm confident I can establish a system and hire independent inspectors to review the contractor's work.
