Don't quit your day job just yet!

We decided to quit buying rentals to hold, and instead, the units that we typically would rehab and hold, we are going to rehab and sell.

We have a 3% rate so dont want to refi but the property has appreciated quite a bit so would like to tap into that equity to fund our next deal.I am having some trouble finding lenders that offer helocs on investment properties.Does anyone know of any banks and/or lenders that do helocs on investments?

Should I consider hiring a professional designer, even though my budget is quite limited?

Thats really awesome, I travel to Mexico quite often and have been thinking about this.

And plenty of people wholesale mls all the time and get deals it's actually quite common.

Btw, this kind of note-taking has been extremely helpful in other aspects of my life, and I imagine it will work quite well for real estate as well. 

I've looked into the one-stop shop tools, but none are quite as good as these individual tools yet in my opinion. 

For California that sounds quite reasonable, we are at that and more in Boulder, CO.
