We as accountants would likely reap a lot in fees from it similar to ERTC/PPP but there's nothing really pressing for it to get pushed through, unlike the pandemic for those programs.

Hey @Julie Philpott - I don't know the area well enough, but I would be hard-pressed to say it's a deal breaker UNLESS having central air fetches a rent that makes the numbers work, where they wouldn't work without the A/C.

IMO a good retail listing person is going to say F-that, I don't waste my time trying to make buyers lists, I have lists of finance brokers, r.e. brokers and other gate keepers who spend there time doing all these buyer lists and I know how to present and pitch to them to get action from them pressing for all there buyers to act.

Unfortunately, some companies like the old Kennedy Funding created some bad press for upfront fees but I don't subscribe to all fees are "bad".
