Ask me how I know.You have to handle this almost like a (good) police officer would: follow the law to the tee and friendly but absolutely unapologetic.

Discover the next day and police came out put in a report and that was about it.  

I would also add that investors are often interested in Blanket loans because they mistakenly think it will save significant closing costs, but they do not as you will still need four title polices and appraisals etc. and you will get far worse financing terms on the loan and have a lot less flexibility down the road to refi and sell properties.  

I'll just say this. i was a full time Police Officer working in the largest agency in the state and feeling burnt out.

It is so difficult to police and enforce guests, I would focus on the increased water bill. 

Tenant moved in July 1st and last week it was raided by police. 

What is likely to happen is you try to solve HER problem - just to have it repeat.You really cannot evict one person w/o evicting ALL OCCUPANTS.Know you think you are doing the right thing, but you are NOT.The only way you can/should assist the mother is if she files a police report on the other occupant.If mother is not willing to do this, do NOT get involved!

I won't re-hash all of it, but I will say I have both high cash value life insurance polices and a self-directed 401k. 

I called the City and they sent the police over.
