Possibly a book or a podcast.

As I take in as much content as possible from listening to the Rookie Real Estate podcast, I feel drawn to building multi-families and renting them out.

-Here are some ideas I got from Tony & Ashley about providing value to other investors:(Shoutout to the Real Estate Rookie Podcast!) 

When the smoooooooth talking salesman calls you after you listen to the podcast with all the pitch perfect questions I say SCAM.  

So many BP podcasts that I've listened to someone brought a "partner" in on the deal but they don't typically expound upon the journey to finding said partner. 

I did excessive due diligence on the company (combing through hours of BP reviews, BP forums, RTR webinars, reddit, podcasts, social media posts, connecting with other investors, etc).

Listen to podcasts, read books, and if you plan to invest in the Netherlands find some resources that speak to that market specifically.

So, the question is not whether to invest remotely, but where to invest.Investment TeamRegarding properties in distant cities: While books, podcasts, seminars, and websites offer general knowledge, you'll ultimately purchase a specific property in a specific location—each with its own unique conditions.
