Experience also plays a role—newer investors might not feel confident negotiating directly with sellers or analyzing deals properly, so they see value in having a wholesaler do the groundwork and present them with a deal that still leaves room for profit.

In solar sales (door to door) the setters typically make about this same range.Most companies in the house flipping world seem to buy lists online or run basic skip traces of areas and send lists to VAs to setup calls with the owner of the company.   

The kicker is I must complete the program 100% online while still working full-time as a pilot.
