I’m here to share my story for whatever that’s worth.Over a year ago I did a wrap around mortgage on a place here in Phoenix at 3.5% over 27 years.

Just run your numbers well and make sure you are in an area without prohibitions in place. 

You have a decent loan on the place that you won't be able to replace from a cashflow standpoint.So keep at it.
