.- Working a W2 as a firefighter, posting and consuming content- Leaving my W2 to dive deep into real estate investing and working as an agent... and still watching/posting content all while business was ok - Deleting social media apps (one have one on my phone that I use 10 minutes or less a day), diving deep into building my business and skills which have drastically increased due to pure focus and increasing my business significantly- moral of the story... focus on the things you need to do in business (dollar productive activities) and life experiences while reducing consumption will increase your success  

If you are a person who has a full time job, or runs other companies, it is my professional opinion that you will be better served having the GC handle everything and report to you on your schedule.Once you decided to run the operation yourself, you are now employed by the development.

How does acquiring compare to renting a small office or sharing office space with another business in that market?

Not that I got any business from it, but I really liked the young wholesalers (they were good kids that are just trying to do it the right way) that threw it as well as a few of the people that attended.

That's your #1 source of business and you can call them after 6pm weekdays.

If I take a break, that part of the business cannot function effectively.
