Beach condos can perform well but it is more competitive than SFR. 

Expect property inspector to investigate rehab performed was good, alongside general property inspection.Can a BP member please recommend a good inspector along with what I should expect to pay for the service.Thank you

Hi Erica, what I've notice is that high-quality (high-priced) washer and dryers don't out perform other based price models in rentals. 

To maximize its appeal, highlight rental performance, market it on investor-focused platforms, and consider selling before the academic year to attract buyers ready to capitalize on rental income.Good luck!

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!
