It was the 'water master's house'--the person responsible for diverting the Colorado River water to the different properties/farms. 

State Farm is surprisingly good.

I have seen many tax returns where the local taxes were filed incorrectly in the past (or not at all) which caused undue penalties/interest for the taxpayer.

He's also working with a local pastor of a mega church here in DeKalb and i'm in litigation now for over 2.5M after they along with a local closing attorney Jacinda Walker of Regal Legal Services.   

My  Dad farmed thru the 1980's and still mutters how interest rates went high and higher.. never do anything floating.

I expect that I'll be reserving time in various resorts and farming those weeks out to perspective vacationers, does anyone know if VRBO, or AirBnB, or some other site would be most appropriate for this approach?

I feel bad/selfish for wrestling with this (my pastor had the same comment about if you want a "gross blessing" tithe on the gross, if you want a "net blessing" tithe on the net. 

Great news, and I'll know more next week, but I just spent the entire day yesterday going over hours and hours of audio recordings I had from a prior closing, many phone calls and conversations etc even additional very HIGHLY incriminating evidence that I GUARANTEE this Pastor and County Chaplain DOES NOT want getting out to the public and we're going to see if we can finally get this outstanding MAN OF GOD to be an adult and accept the inevitable before it gets worse for us both if they further delay.

I got lucky and rented the developers house :) I also owned 4 rentals in Patrick farms just across the street north of Reunion.. if you are dead set on MS thats what I recommend anything else you invest in going to be a crap shoot at best.

So you will not find that the State Farms of the world do not want anything to do with these/.There are insurance companies who will do these.
