Instead, they miss the cloth or aluminum wiring and poor circuit allocation and instead show you with their fancy plug that "polarity is reversed"; or the always arbitrary "the roof likely only has 5 more years left max" because they see a 3-tab shingle from the ground and completely miss hail/wind damage on a newer architectural shingle citing its "lifetime warranty".

Based on my calculations and preliminary research, I have found that the Bay Area offers good returns from developing land, although acquiring level land and obtaining permits can be challenging.I have a few questions:1) Is it recommended to purchase a complete house plan from online sources like ePlans or similar websites and then customize the architectural design before submitting it to the municipality?

The underlying architecture of these models makes them best for chatbots & translators (matching word meanings/uses across various languages and translating based on positional/usage probability).I understand in 10 years there might be an Ai that can do this, but right now, these tools are useless for achieving anything of substantial complexity (meaning anything from medium-large coding projects to properly valuing a home, or even calculating the proper $/sf avg in a zipcode), so I don't understand why you repeatedly advocate for their efficacy in this REI space?

Look for a small/mid size local bank that specializes in this, they will detail what you need, survey, building permit, architectural plans and a builder contracted for starters.Or when you're ready to subdivide/redevelop you just sell to a builder and have them split the lots and transfer title to you for your smaller lot, he keeps the others and let him mess with the utilities and building.
