We used a bridge loan to fund it and will have to refinance in the next year and we are also looking ahead to our next crash pad as soon as we get into the swing of this one.

@Haris Bajric I see the conversation you had with your boss as less of a threat and more of an "I'm ok with it, just make sure it doesn't interfere with your work priorities". 

If I replace garage openers, I tend to spring for the outdoor key pad as well.
