Anxiety Mindset – Are you pre-programmed to see money as a source of stress and anxiety?

You'll never be 100% comfortable with going for it the first time, and you'll likely have anxiety for months afterward wondering if it was a good choice/thinking about everything you want to fix - you just have to do your best to make good purchase. 

This is giving me some anxiety so I'm looking for any advice I can get.

I have the same anxiety towards risk that I think you're having and I've noticed that sometimes it helps to step out of yourself when analyzing a deal and pretend that you are coaching either a new investor or your past self through the process.

She was great, a real professional who not only managed her business but managed my newbie anxiety.

Although I understand many of the points about "he may be completely safe and a good tenant", the bottom line for me is that at the end of the day, I don't want people like this associated with my life in any way shape or form..... don't need the anxiety or stress....If someone else wants to be the saint and help this guy out, then that's your choice and more power to you..... for people like this, that just isn't me....I don't want to have anything to do with you.... not on a personal or professional level.... you can be someone else's problemIts one thing to have a criminal record and throw them some sympathy and help them out....for me its a whole other deal to give someone the benefit of the doubt and help them out when they are a repeat child sex offender.

Lessons Learned: I experienced a good amount of anxiety over the year, fears of the note being called due.

You helped my anxiety with doing a flip. 

Anxities (The long of it): Prices are going up quickly in Sacramento area and rents don't necessarily seem to be going up at the same rate, so I'm having a little anxiety about finding a good deal.
