While monthly COC or yield is easily measurable and therefore hyper-focused on, equity gain will usually be the meat and potatoes of your return, the cf and COC just gravy.

I agree, the equity looks good on paper, but it’s a couch potato when it comes to earning.

I’m sure this is small potatoes to some of you hard hitters out there, but it’s incredible and huge to me.My friends father was a contractor when he was growing up, and he worked for his father through high school so he had that experience already.

Probably wouldn't work for someone with 100 doors, but I'm just small potatoes and it works for me. 

I am of similar cloth in that I like to just get to the point, eliminate the fluff, and just feed on meat and potatoes when it comes to info.Bob nailed it in his last post.
