I was curious if anyone here is investing and living in college station.

Other options include refinancing if you can get a lower rate or bite the bullet until April.

You are posting from College Station so you know our winters in texas are fairly short ( less usage) but either way I would compare cost of the heat pumps to regular furnace before deciding.

I no longer own the Huntsville property, but that house hack was the first step toward what is now a portfolio of 26 units here in College Station, TX.100% house hack!!!

It puts us a little behind at the beginning of each new year but honestly, I think it brings everyone back refreshed and more efficient when they do come back and we also take that time off so it's nice to know that I'm not ignoring emails from them.I've heard good things from other investors that have used Rocket Station and Hire Train VA to find theirs but I can't speak to that experience personally.

Anything similar to a NYC subway station at 100 degrees or in the tornado zone makes me question the requestor.But this is a good question.
