These firms with large online presences use fear mongering techniques to sell services without ever fully explaining how their entity structures actually benefit the client.

There are plenty of online resources and BP videos on deal analysis and financing, which are great starting points.

I use Bob Dummer from PC Insurance for my Milwaukee properties.

When it was all said and done I still ended up being able to pull about 5 to 10k more out of it than I put into it.Current mortgage including taxes and insurance is $1,519 and it's currently rented for $2,546/month.Yes, you can buy a house at auction that you then flip and sell for market value.And yes, I have participated in online auctions.

It sounds like a good opportunity and I want to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some reviews since the program is a high ticket of $15K I couldn't find much online about this program or Brian Grimes. 

If you want to do it yourself manually know that preforeclosures in MO  are initiated via publishing notices so find where they are posted (which online publications ) and extract the lead from them, confirm address by tax payments/appraiser and  skiptrace.

Haven’t heard of this company but most of these companies prey on people who dont spend a few minutes to search online.
