I don't take felonies, especially if they are for domestic abuse, violence, burglary, robbery, sexual offences etc. basically anything that might bring harm to my other tenants, my PM (wife), or anyone else.

I would not expect to get any value on this.Fences to seem to have some value but it's strongly going to to depend on the area, size of lot, type of fence, etc.

If you are referring to a complaint with the law enforcement regarding non-compliance about tenants having their dogs on other people's property and not even cleaning up after that, I already did that (3 complaints for the past 3 years, which resulted in 3 citations which made them very mad and vindictive, but... not responsible tenants and dog owners; next event will be a criminal offence for them).

@James Wise..here in Milwaukee, my previous landlord did pro-rate and other places that I have rented pro-rated as well, so yes I did expect it, but no big deal.Yes, I know...again, didn't know the lack of fence would be a problem & my husband and I are pretty low maintenance, being that we were home owners in Ohio before the move to Milwaukee, we understand the amount of money it takes to take care of a home.
