I tell people this is the worst time to do a subdivision.  

The entire focus is on new people because they spend on more.4.

I haven't heard of any, but met with a few people in the twin cities last year.

We see threads all the time about people losing money and how after they add expenses and vacancies, etc. how they go in the negative.

Take the effort to solicit contractor recommendations from multiple people.

These are people whose full time job is to effectively manage the assets on behalf of the investors. 

I would send 10 people into this program. 

And or thought people were taking advantage.

The few people I've talked to don't really have good opinions on it.
