That may look different next year, but if not, sustainability and morale are more important than a few thousand extra dollars per year.Running a 53 acre ranch in Texas is a WHOLE other level of property management.

Moral of the story investor used the calculator and beat me down and well I will not discuss how much money I'm loosing on this project. 

Unfortunately, this contractor failed to obtain the necessary final inspections for the job and has since left for Europe, leaving the project unfinished.I understand that this contractor has also left multiple other homeowners in our community in a similar predicament.

To properly wholesale, legally wholesale, and morally wholesale, you need to double close.  

I’m looking to collaborate with others like myself who are starting out and needing help, whether it is actual physical help with a renovation or moral support.

Cynical and morally I have real problem with investors angling to profit from destruction of families and society.  

Legally and morally, you should honor the contract, just like you would expect the renter to honor it.

Take note everyone considering working with Jay Hinrichs of BrokerLake Oswego OR Summerlin, NVThis is clearly someone who either does not know right from wrong or even worse, does know but defends wrongdoing and his lack of any kind of moral base doesn't allow himself to criticize bad behavior.

I don't have to argue the morality of the free market, capitalism vs socialism, or anything else.
