Point being we have all our tanks pumped  and inspected on a cycle every four years. 

That is all they are usually thinking about.Nobody knows the future or at what point a cycle will be in and what interest rates will be.

.- Important because even if tenant gets a new job and catches up, how long until they lose the new job and repeat the cycle?

Looks like that is happening in less then a year but in reality I will most likely cycle the money back into the business, it is doing to well to want to pull money out that could be used to grow the business.

Investors thought they could extend their debt, but that doesn't appear to be the case with what has happened to rates.This cycle would have been a disaster if our banking system was in the same situation as 08.
