I wouldn’t recommend any of this however.Assuming you’re doing many deals, in the long run an IRA LLC is much more cost effective than the death by a thousand cuts that will be inflicted by your SDIRA trustee as they nickel and dime you with their ongoing fees (have I mixed enough metaphors here?).

hey Casey, i think Chris nailed it with his 'crowded lineup' metaphor, however there are still deals to be had. it just takes tons of patience and networking--almost like another full time job.
