Does anyone know of a group or angel investors who would invest up to 5M to fund a luxury 6 room micro resort in central coast wine country in California? 

My last 2 purchases and the luxury cabin I am under contract currently are all at least class B.  

My current purchase is a luxury cabin at $500k that has stabilized STR income of $100k.  

The way that I have done this in Costa Rica has been to bring in several partners on a high end luxury property who would like to own a part of a property that they can use and enjoy but that they don’t have to manage by themselves.Each of the properties that I own are at a million or higher or will be soon. 

For example, in higher-end or luxury markets, where the price point is much higher, full-service staging can be a game-changer.

Luxury vinyl floors, no carpet means quick turn arounds.  

My specialty as an example is working with investors looking to build portfolios of Short Term Rental/ luxury vacation properties all across the US.  90% of my clients use the 10% down second home occupancy loan.  

Provided I can establish a solid investment plan tailored to their financial needs/comforts such as debt ratios and income, they would be more than happy to offer me some financial control.Additionally, If I wanted to, for the sake of building my own personal wealth, I admittedly have the luxury of taking a loan from my parents.

I have an accepted offer on a luxury cabin.  

I think every market has those luxury areas that pricing is multiples beyond what any average person in the market can afford.
