I have a nice table cloth on it and a small decoration of flowers or some type of Knick knacks.

Overgrown yard, weeds in flower beds shows a lack of caring and invites a lack of caring.  

You could do that and put one under each unit window and plant greenery & perennial flowers.

Like a brat, I remember tossing a package of hot dogs in the flower bed outside my front door. lolThe fridge/freezer was ancient but they did correctly repair it. 

And last time I checked it’s 2018 no one actually smokes flower... they smoke concentrates.

Lili here, I am a first-time investor looking for a couple different things:1)  A house hack in or near the downtown area.2) Connections to real estate agents, contractors, etc. to start building a network and deciding on a strategy for my REI (wholesaling, BRRRR, etc.)I am a recent college grad (June 2018) with no debt, around ~$20k in savings, very low expenses, and I travel a good amount, so Airbnb can be an option as well.Any and all advice and recommendations are more than welcome!
