That is a huge waste of everyone's time, you don't know who they are and if they are a legit.

Company seems legit from what I can find online, but I can't seem to find any specific MTR landlord feedback on working with them.

Always mind your due diligence to determine if the company you want to work with is legit.

I'm saying that's what's happening and I'm sure there are some legit ones out there.The offer I got I called the number and it wouldn't go to anyone.

Also advertising costs.On loans, I would hunt for an 5 year fixed interest only with low pre-pay penalties that you can refi when rates finally come down (hopefully).Landscaping / snow removal is legit and is more viariable than you would expect.

If it is a legit ESA, it still has to abide by the usual criteria (no barking, biting, and/or destruction, picked up after (we have daily requirement for private yards, immediately for shared/public areas)Good luck.  

He seems pretty legit and honest, but I did not sign up for his two 3-day workshops event.
