I’ve owned a condo and Tampa, and two houses down the west coast of Florida the last two years.

I lived in St Paul for 19 years and now live in a suburb of St Paul for the last 6 years.

My company has gone through 3 dishwashers in the last 12 months and it has been an added expense.

No 4 unit multifamily has sold in the last 2 years.

I was a Navy submariner for 21 years and really focused the last 6 years on growing our portfolio.

I have made do for the last 15 years with spreadsheets, MINT, and this past year, Simplifi. 

I have done it successfully on my last 2 buildouts, maybe 3, but only because I was able to acquire the properties at a very low price and I did all the work in-house (myself and some hired hands on staff).
