Last I looked in there the city would allow Duplex along Forest Park and near the Berkley place apartments but not on the interior lots closer to the HS and Berry.

@Jordan Berry what kind of cash flow are you seeing across the number of machines you're running.I've heard a bit about this niche, but think you must be in a lower rent area to make this work?
