I've never really done a deep dive in analyzing the area because it is a retirement community, median income is very low, and there arent a lot of jobs in the area.

Anyone have some good tips for wholesaling around a full time job?

Are you looking to make being a chicago real estate agent your full time job or just a side gig while continuing to work full time? 

For example Intel headquarters, Google, FB, Amazon, Nationwide, Honda, (recently Anduril announced another 4k jobs to Columbus).

If I transfer the money to my current job I cant barrow from it.

Because I had already purchased  the house building courses I got a nice  discount  on thw course I wanted. 

These days, even properties with nice amenities like pools need to go the extra mile to capture attention and bookings.

If the price was right on Turn-key maybe, but probably more of the fixer-upper that can be leveraged later on for additional property or sold for a nice profit.
