With that being said, I'd go with @Michael Smythe said as far as which kind you should buy.  

in my country real estate is not something that is so common,so was asking about the about the degree with the view that it would perhaps get me in track for real estate business.

I own a couple vacant lots and looking to purchase more in a small area. 2/1s in Memphis, as far as I know, are as desirable as in a bigger market.

There is so much to learn and I look forward to connecting with this group to learn all I can.  

Haven’t connected with anyone yet as far as management, but Sylva is averaging around 70%.More to do over there.

I still have plenty time left saving but when the time comes I’ll either be looking into conventional  loans, or some type of remodel loan to pay for the repairs of the property I am looking to fix up, because as far as I’ve seen so far it’s hard to find a good deal starting out unless you buy it as discounted as possible and put some sweat equity into it, let me know your thoughts on that ur possible.

There is so many posts about complete newbies wanting to partner or use someone else's money and I think that is far too risky.
