I think if you are going to keep all three parties involved as owners of the deal long term then you need to separate yourself as a renter and a contractor.

Two flats are essentially just houses.... they trade like houses and there is a lot of emotion involved.

We both knew we were aligned in our goals and had a clear understanding of our respective roles in the deal from the outset.If seller financing is part of the equation, look for someone who’s not only experienced with creative financing but also understands how to manage the potential risks involved.

If you’re heavily involved in the wholesaling world, this may be easy.

These leads were very unresponsive and may pan out over a longer period of time but the time involved is just not worth the effort.
