i would never tell a random person on the internet where they should live. 

There is a very big difference in my point of view hearing from someone who knows someone first hand vs. someone who just goes and does some internet research. 

Internet is a hard place to accurately judge character. 

(Like I think Craigslist is still one of the best websites on the internet, but for some people it's a total turn-off because it still looks like 1995).Capterra.com is a great site for research in this category (and business software in general). 

Credit Karma has a fantastic "score simulator" tool that you can use to project credit score changes (paying off balances, opening a new card, using an old card that has not been used in some time, just paying your bills on time for 6 or 12 months).

If you aren't an excel expert I wouldn't bother trying to make your own or scour the internet for an analyzer tool that may or may not meet your needs. 

I've listened to some "internet gurus" talk about being able to pay more for a house (through subject to) than its currently worth because of how much the backend value would be. 

Unfortunately, there are so many concerns regarding internet safety issues.

I had to start all services including internet and they don't know how they will reimburse for services since they aren't paying for them.
