Ideally, I’d love to integrate an AI chatbot into Zillow to streamline communication.

If you are looking to passively invest I would recommend finding a company that is vertically integrated so you have one main point of contact from start to finish.

@James Masotti I have an incredible robust Podio system that integrates with Basecamp and other project management software systems.

It sounds to me like CR is one of those operators who does not operate with integrity.

I work with integrity and never would have this mistake when it comes to actual properties. 

That shows integrity and a prioritization of customer satisfaction.

We have a PMS which also doubles as channel manager and is also integrated into our site. 

.- bank integration (download transactions) a must- no employees, so don't need payroll- if it'll bill that's awesome.
