There's no $$$$ in teaching you how to implement the action items I shared above which is why the higher revenue generating systems are sold, usually to real estate investors who don't know any better. 

I had done extensive reading and research on best practices and entity implementation that would best meet my specific needs.  

The bottom line is probably 70 to 80% or more of folks that buy any kind of training never really implement..

They also are implementing a new STR permit for those in the county but not in the city.

The Canadian Edition of Quickbooks really only differed from its U.S.A. cousin by having an awkward implementation of GST/HST (our VAT) and GIFI.  

As an agent, I personally would love to hear your thoughts on how the implementation of AI will affect agents system processes or how it already has, however I would love to hear about it's impact in all facets of real estate.Apologies if this is a repeat post, I haven't searched much on the forums for this yet.
