It's easier, quicker and MORE WORTHWHILE to just study this forum every day (including the archives).OTOH a basic "real estate contracts" course through your local community college would be a good starting point.BTW, I've never taken any courses so I can't speak to the quality/validity of them, but most people that buy the courses never complete them, at least that's what I've concluded from the vast numbers of them gathering dust in closets and under beds.all cash

I listen t o podcasts all the time that cover current events and different systems that people are using to makemoney now. look on itunes or whatever site you live and look up real estate podcasts as there are some really good ones!

If you read the archives of that forum, you will see few people having success with newspaper advertising.

Read Robert Cialdini or better yet get the itunes version.Better to understand your illness to be able to overcome it.

You can also elect to allow others to do research from your personal archive.
